This mechanism is not handled by Adobe Campaign by default.
It is possible however to display a specific location by including a google map, but the use case you described would require specific consulting services.

You might be able to do this via Adobe Target. Inside Target, you can change content on the page based on specific audience conditions. I believe one of these conditions is location. This may not be the best option, however, as it would require you to manually specify which content should be shown to which audiences. It would not work in an automatic function based on geolocation of the user and addresses of physical stores.
Additionally, this would be for a web page, not an email.
