I have been on old with a terrible phone support agent for over 25 min. the agent seems to be more interested in not doing there Job and more interested in putting me on hold. they would not even take my comment for the engineering team instead suggestion that I jump on line and write a post. as though passing the buck was a practiced trade of this person and encouraged at his place of work. is this adobes phone support. Adobe not impressed. I will hopefully Be revising an email back. my suspicion is this individual is trying to run out the clock till 7 pm the calll was made on monday the agust 3 at 6 pm toronto it is now 6:52pm
