    I have logged in a Customer Help Ticket on Adobe portal. How do I make sure it has been raised in the correct queue.

      Hi Team,

      I have raised a Customer Help Ticket. I need to make sure the ticket is raised in the correct queue and gets addressed. Below are the ticket details :

      Reference Number : 140804-000157
      Status : Unresolved
      Created : 08/04/2014 09:01 AM
      Updated : 08/04/2014 09:01 AM
      Priority : High

       

      Please suggest.
