Sorry for the inconvenience - I was recently locked out of our Admin account. Does anyone have an e-mail address or telephone number that I can contact to re-gain access? I referenced the article Trouble Locked Accounts to trouble shoot, but no luck. Given how it's the admin account, do I need to contact our account manager?

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in that article and it is still not working then I would suggest you to reach out to client care or your AM.
