Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics integration - Missing report suites

    ruby_valverde_lynchpin

We have recently implemented an Adobe Target and Analytics integration, but we are having a strange issue where some report suites that are not visible when attempting to change the reporting settings within a Target activity.

We can change the setting in Target to report using Analytics, and we are able to select the correct company. However, when open the drop down menu in order to select a report suite, we do not have access to all of the report suites within out Analytics implementation. We have tried creating a new report suite, and within the hour we are able to see the report suite within the drop down menu. We also have access to segments and calculated metrics as audiences from those missing report suites.

Is there a setting on older report suites that we need to alter in order to be able to see them within the report suite selection drop down menu?

      Thanks!

          Hi Ruby,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

Before creating or viewing reports for an Analytics-powered activity, you must be a member of the All Report Access group, or member of a group that has access to at least one report in the report suite that you want to use. If you are unable to view reports, make sure you are a member of one of these groups.

The list of report suites that appears in Target Standard/Premium is the list of report suites that have been configured for Analytics as the reporting source for Target. This means you might not see every report suite you have. If you don't see the report suite you are looking for, you should contact ClientCare to get it enabled.

          Hope this helps!
