I have raised any issue for cancellation of subscription for photography plan of monthly. Actually it is expired last month and it will renew itself on 22.08.17 without my concern.

I have not being using it since 5months.

I received a reply from your colleagues but it is not solving my issue

I have the same issue.  Adobe please cancel my membership immediately!  I signed up for a month-to-month membership and NEVER agreed to auto-renewal, I only tried After Effect for one month and decided to get rid of it, there is NO WAY to cancel plan!  It just lead me to a loop every time.  Both the Chat and Phone don't work, there is no "Cancel plan" button anywhere in my case, and the FAQ said I should click "Contact us" -- there is no contact option that is working!  Another month already debited from my credit card, please refund last month and cancel my plan immediately.

So when you go to the main Adobe website and click on Manage Account, type in your Adobe ID Email address, if it isn't already filled in, and then the password for your Adobe ID do you get a page that has a "Manage Plan" link then once you click that do you see a page like this.

That is how you cancel your subscription plan.

No, my screen wasn't like that.  I am on that "Manage Plan" page a million times and looped around by the instructions.  Adobe support wrote that the "Cancel plan" button does not appear for certain countries, think I am in one of those countries and that I should click "Contact us" instead, but "Contact us" doesn't work either, that's how I meant by the loop.

What happen when you click the Manage Plan link. What screen do you get?

In the Contact Support you have to select the right combination of options to get to the page that has Chat Support or a phone number to call.

Sorry I don't have the exact steps to take but it is something like Account issues then at the bottom of the list Cancel My Membership.

I am having the same problem. I keep being redirected and cant get anywhere. I can not even find my membership plans. I have tried contacting the customer service but they have hung the phone up twice... I am trying to cancel my membership. Is there anyone that can help?

I can't cancel my account as well, and I am keep on getting the cancellation fee email. I need this resolved immediately

If you are getting cancellation emails then I would think Adobe is acknowledging that you are cancelling your subscription.

One doesn't happen with the other happening.

but they want me to pay my cancellation fee while I am on Monthly, this is ridiculous!

There are 2 types of Pay Monthly plans, or there use to be.

One is a subscription for 1 year paid by the month.

The other is a Month to Month subscription. The Month to Month subscription cost more than the yearly subscription.

Which one did you sign up for.

Also is this just for Photoshop or is it for the Photographer Plan that includes both PS and LR?

Let me add that if this was for the Photographer Plan that includes both PS and LR that plan is only offered on an Annual basis and not Month to Month.

So which plan did you original purchase. Simplest way to tell is by the monthly cost.

$9.99 = Photographer plan.

$19.99 = Photoshop only Annual plan paid monthly

$29.99 = Photoshop only Month to Month

it's $19.99 = Photoshop only Annual plan paid monthly

And that is why Adobe is sending you an email about a cancellation fee.

I have to agree, easy to sign up but impossible to cancel! I had tried to cancel since last year August! Contacted their support saying they will cancel and refund me but still continue to charge me till today!! Adobe you are such a reputable brand but your customer service and not able to cancel makes me feel you are scamming my money!

I have been paying my monthly subscription for 16 months and i want to cancel, but when i go to cancel my subscription prompts me with a warning saying i will have to pay $56 to cancel my account, this is very frustrating as i believe I should be able to cancel my account for free after paying $240
