Hello,

I can't open a file in InDesign CS5. An error pops up "Missing Plug-ins". There is a note that I should update the software to the latest version. I did it. But the error keeps popping up.

The software is running on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.

Please, advise.

The "shared content" plug-in message means that the file you are trying to open was created in a newer version than the one you have. You will have to ask the creator of the file to export it as an IDML file
