Nikon D7100 what version of Photoshop I need?

I recently move to Nikon D3100 to D7100, I was editing in PsCS6 and Lr 5.5, win 7, 32 bits, but the raws of the D7100 is too "heavy" ( 20mb d7100/10mb d3100) so I have problems to edit (not enough memory, freezing, etc etc), actually my pc have 16mb ram I recently I figure out the Pc only use 4mb because is 32 bits.

What can I do in order to edit the new raws of the D7100, I should make an upgrade to any version of Ps and Lr

Upgrading photoshop won't do any good if your system doesn't have the resources, ram in your case.

Photoshop cc uses more ram than cs6 does anyway.

The single best option is to upgrade to a 64 bit version of windows 7, 8.1 or 10 so you can use all that 16 gb of ram.

Windows 32 bit systems for the most part only use 4 gb of ram and usually one ends up with around 3.1 gbs of usable ram of which photoshop can only use 1.7 gbs of that and 3 gbs is not much ram by today's standards and most programs like photoshop run much better on 64 bit systems.
