    Too many activations on cloudlibrary


      cloudlibrayry has stopped working on my phone. this is the app my library uses.when trying to download a book it says "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/activate 8387:454:9387urn:uuid:00000000-0000-1c6a-b133-d8589a20d5ff"

      I have gonte to the cloudlibrary website several times to submit a request for a reset. Nothing has happened. The Adobe chatline's only solution is to come here to the forum. So, can someone please solve this problem?
