We see that you've uploaded 1 asset to sell on Adobe Stock, but still need to index and submit them. When i click on the "complete indexing" button it goes to the Uploaded files/new page which has nothing on it except where I can upload a new image. I have 1 image still in review of which I can do nothing to it. I can't edit it or add anything let alone try to index it, if indeed I made a mistake. Is this a case of the email has come before the update to my account?

It sounds like you took care of it at some point in time between when the email notification was generated and sent. I'm sorry for the confusion. Feel free to disregard the email but keep creating and submitting new content!
