We are having a problem at work making documents accessible. We are all using Acrobat Pro DC. The issue is that when one staff makes a document accessible and send sends it to another staff member. When the second staff member opens the document and rechecks for accessibility there are errors shown. Any idea how to fix this?
Do both users have Acrobat Pro updated to the latest release (Help > Check for Updates)? Do both users have the same Accessibility Checker Options selected?
