Yesterday my emails stopped working. I'm repeatedly asked to enter my user name and password for the following server: mail.worldsecureemail.com
Entering this information does not resolve the issue.
I'm using Outlook - but did try to log into Webmail but login error came up there too.

Thanks but finally got support from BC LIve Chat. Turned out old passwords work fine now and the whole issue was something to do with browser cache.
ughhhh! Hours wasted over the weekend trying to solve this issue.
