Morning all,
I had issue with PS saving some files, the file would corrupt and black lines appear across it. I am not sure if this issue is resolved or related. After the latest episode I could not open any image in PS at all due to an error message. After reading various threads I resolved this by resetting preferences. However my workspace bars are not present when i went to reinstate I got this error message
Could not complete your request because of a program error.
Again reading various threads it suggested finding the actual error message from the log, which I have done, it is:
2017:06:04 07:48:00 : /Volumes/workarea/PS_18.1_Mac_Daily_Retail/20170425.r.252/photoshop/main/photoshop/xcode/../interfaces/UTrackResourceImp.h : 137 : REQUIRE failed
This is where i hit a blank, any ideas what to do next would be very helpful... Thank you...
