I'm sorry things aren't working as expected. This message usually pops up for one of two reasons:
* The login is associated with an enterprise account that does not use Creative Cloud for its storage.
* Or, the device/app is registered in China (Creative Cloud mobile apps and online services are not included in Creative Cloud offerings in the People’s Republic of China).
Are either of those true for you?
I am currently in China, and I did buy my iPad from China. However, you put “device/apps”, I wonder if downloading this app from the US would make a difference? I’ll be returning to America in a month, are there ways I can work around this situation?
I apologize as we are facing troubles with the accounts setup from China region.
