I have Acrobat XI on my pc and have been using digital signatures. I typically open a form from cloud storage, edit it, clear the old signature, then re-sign. I recently installed XI on my new laptop. I tried to transfer the digital ID from my pc to the laptop, but it is asking for a password. I never entered a password when creating the initial (pc) ID. How can I use the same ID on both machines without having to redo all of the documents?
You can't create a digital signature without a password. Are you talking about digital signature or Fill and Sign?
