    I am unable to import my catalog from Elements 12 into Lightroom


      Hello, I see there were previous posts on this, but don't see one since 2016.


      I just purchased a new Dell computer (Windows 10).


      I have a subscription for Creative Cloud that is active - I downloaded the latest versions onto my new computer.


      I also downloaded PSE 12 onto my computer and imported my extensive catalog into my PSE 12 successfully from a hard disk. PSE  12 is working fine.


      I downloaded the latest version of LR CC from CC - 10.1.


      When I tried to import my catalog into LR, it shows my PSE catalog. When I click on import,  it goes through the first and second steps and starts the third before I get the message, "unable to import....due to an unknown error."


      I restarted my computer, went into PSE 12 and optimized and repaired the catalog and still get the same error.


      What else can I try?
