Did this problem just begin? Have you been able to edit in Ps?
No, this issue is new... I use Lightroomt at Version 4... Until 3 weeks ago I also used it... The issue is also in Version 4.
Upgrade to the newest Version are 1 step to fix this issue...
Can you select an image > right click on it > go to Edit In and take a screen capture of what you are seeing? Is Ps There but greyed out?
Go to CC manager take a screen shot of your Apps screen and upload them.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > External Editing and take a screen shot
Please post screen shots here.
Are you able to open Photoshop on its own?
Here are some Screenshots for you.
"Edit in Photoshop" is not grey. i can click it, but nothing happens. See Screenshot
Here are the Screenshot from the CC manager. Photoshop/ Lightroom are in Testing
And here are the External Export Settings from Lightroom
And Yes. I can Open Photoshop without problems:
I'm wondering if the reason you can't edit in Photoshop is due to the fact that this is a trial version.... I would expect it to be grayed out.
Can you run a search to see if you have another instance of Photoshop on your system?
When Photoshop Lightroom starts, it checks to see if Photoshop is installed. If it can't find Photoshop, it checks to see if Photoshop Elements is installed. If it can't find either, Photoshop Lightroom disables the Edit In Photoshop command. The Additional External Editor command is not affected.
If you uninstall an older version of Photoshop after installing a newer version, some of the data required for Edit In Photoshop could have been removed. Reinstalling the latest version repairs this issue.
Intersting. I have installed the "Nik Collection"... In Lightroom is it not possible to "Edit in Nik Collection"... In Photoshop it works...
Okay, find an solution by my self... delete the Catalog and Start with an new one...
