We usually use QuickTime (How to use QuickTime Player - Apple Support). But, although it's not helpful right now, the drawing teams are working on adding screen recording functionality to both Sketch and Draw. So that capability will be in the app quite soon.
Hope that helps.
YEAH, COOL! I am looking forward to it! Meanwhile, I will do the Quicktime solution.
Thank you Sue!

If you're on Adobe CC, I use PremierePro to make quick edits and time remaps to create speed drawings. Super easy, and pumps out a video format that is encoded for YouTube/Vimeo too.
It makes it really easy to step away from a drawing and come back to it later, but makes the process look seamless.
Ah ok, thank you ... yes, I am on CC, yet I did not use Premiere, it always seemed too big. What I want to do is use watercolor brushes and make them look like they are on very wet paper, "bleeding" and dripping, very easy to do with PS Sketch, this is why I thought to record it. I also thought about using Animate CC, which might work?
