I would like to ask if you could also cancel my month to month membership. I do not wish to have this product or service anymore! I will be filing a fraud report with my bank if this issue is not addressed!

Ceciliam36258244 I am sorry you are facing difficulties cancelling your Creative Cloud membership. Have you utilized the process discussed in Cancel your Creative Cloud membership . For most memberships, and countries, you have direct control to cancel your membership from within Account Management.
