I'm designing a diary for a school project and I've designed a page layout in InDesign and replicated it using master pages. I have a week per page, like a standard diary. However, I have no way to add the appropriate dates to each page. Is there a way I can automate this? Or am I going to have to do it manually?
As Derek suggested, you might need scripting for this kind of work. Doing it manually would be a tedious thing to do. You can check this thread: InDesign template for Day Planner for some details.
