Hyperlink error (20%) when exporting word to pdf

Hi,

I'm encountering a hyperlink problem when printing office word file to pdf through Acrobat Pro 11:

Figure1: Hyperlink on word file - this hyperlink shows correct path and could be opened correctly

Figure 2: When exporting the word file to the pdf file by acrobat pro (through 2 options: printing or save as pdf), the said hyperlink changed. In other words, space automatically turned into 20% and the hyperlink fails to open properly.
