Could anyone please recommend a graphics card for Photoshop CC 2017

Hi all could anyone recommend a graphics card for Photoshop CC 2017 we are running a PC with an inbuilt card. We tried the trial version of Photoshop 2017 CC but we experienced lagging changing full screen modes, phoning adobe support they recommend purchasing a new graphics card. After allot of research all of the recommend cards on Adobe website are no longer for purchase. I have been looking at two cards could anyone recommend either of these cards for Photoshop cc 2017 Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB Graphic or ASUS® NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX™ 960 STRIX 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card both from Maplins.

I have an Asus GTX 970 4GB In my workstation. I was debating between the GTX 960 and GTX 970, but, ultimately, bought the GTX 970 since I also use Premiere Pro. Either shoul be just fine. If you can swing it, go for the GTX 970 of course
