Photoshop is right other viewers are wrong.
Slightly longer answer :
Photoshop uses color management to display images correctly on your screen regardless of the image color space. The color space decides how a color is represented in RGB. The same RGB numbers will represent a different color in sRGB, Adobe RGB , Pro Photo etc. Photoshop does all this correction for you.
Other image viewers do not use color management and therefore do not correct for the image space or your screen.
To get close though - for images to be sent to the Web or other viewers etc - Use Export - Save for Web (Legacy) to export a copy of the image and ensure both Convert to sRGB and Embed Color Profile are both checked in the dialogue.
