Good day!

I cant cancel subscriber of Creative Cloud Photography plan (one year)

I agreed that it will be just during one year and thought if I didnt agree you wouldnt charge me after one year but you prolonged it without my agreement!

And it became more expensive! Please cancel it because I cant do it from my account as there is no cancel button and I cant call you on this phone 88003335062 from Russia from my mobile? I dont no what the problem - there is just a silence!

Please help me!!!

I already tried to follow this link but the last step is - contact you

- or find an answer on forum. So I didnt find an answer on forum. I called you 88003335062 and robot said that I can do it through my account - its strange...but I cant as I have no such a button - cancel button.

Could you cancel it by yourself??
