We have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro on a Windows computer. You can open up the icon but once you get into it you can not do anything. It won't let you open up a file to create a PDF or anything. We also have not received updates for the program. What should we do?

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release. It is either 11 or 12. Windows 10
