    Adobe still charging me for plan that has expired


      I was an adobe plan last year which expired halfway through the year. (cant remember the exact plan). I went on a new plan soon after (creative cloud student and teacher edition (one year). The problem is that adobe is still charging me for the old plan and the new one. Its extremely frustrating. When i first realised it, i called adobe who told me it was the banks problem. When i went to the bank they told me it was adobes problem. What do i do to fix this??
