Hi Moem21762193,

Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps. Can you confirm when exactly it stops working? Is it during launch of app or when you make changes to any document?

As you have already tried the uninstall and reinstall of the application then you may refer to the help document and try resetting the "Preferences" of the application.

Refer to the solution-2 and follow the steps as suggested.

Hope this helps.

Let us know if it doesn't

Hi Akancha,

Thanks for your reply. The Adobe stopped working i making changes to the documents. Occasionally it also stopped working when i open pdf files and after about 1 or 2 minutes.

I follow the steps that you provided, but no luck.

Is there any compatibility issue for this version on Windows 10?

Hi Moem21762193,

Sorry for the delay in response.

No, there isn't any compatibility issue with the Windows 10. However, its an latest OS so it shouldn't cause much trouble.

Sometimes resetting application's preferences fix the crash issue.

If it is still not working, then would recommend you to check in the "Hidden Administrator" account.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

There is a solution for the compatibility issue of Adobe Acrobat DC in windows 10, through a changing compatibility mode in adobe acrobat.

If the previous method not resolve the issue, it maybe, related to security issue, and you can resolve it by disable enhanced security in app setting.

You can watch this video to see how to do that:
