    Progressive Download Flash Video

I'm haveing a hard time. I've placed a progressive download flash video into a web page and everything works fine until the page is uploaded to the internet. Once it's on the internet the page acts like the movie doesn't even exist. I dont' get it. Could this be related to detecting weather the user has flash installed? It doesn't seem like it cause I have flash installed and it works when the file isn't uploaded. could it be related to a trial version?

I had this problem a while back. I did some research online and the problem seemed to be associated with mime file associations. Your desktop associates .flv files with the flash player, but this is not configured on your web server and it does not recognize the .flv file type.

Try contacting your hosting company and see if they have a fix.
