This is a user who is
already using Adobe Premiere CS6.

Creating a video to
render

I have a part that I think is an error, so let me ask you
how to solve it.

In the process of time remapping the image, I move the key frame by 1 frame

When outputting images
through rendering and checking with the player program

One frame may not render or the time remap may not be
applied properly.

In case you are aware
of this, and if it is an error, I want to know when it is possible to fix it.

Same as your other post - based on such incomplete and insufficient info nobody can tell you much. Just showing us your composition settings doesn't change that, when much more info about render settings, system info, your tiem-remap settings, the method of viewing and veryfying the output and possibly screenshots of the actual video glitches themselves are required.
