Create a new library and name it with whatever you want the group to be called. Right click individual library objects and Copy to...

I would also love the ability to group items within Libraries but there is currently no way to do that. You can name them with a prefix as you have done, or you can make separate Libraries as Trevor recommends. That's as good as it gets for now.
For the record the application is irrelevant when it comes to organizing content within Libraries. All the apps see the same thing and work the same way.
