Why the Sign option of the Fill & Sign doesn't work?

I have been trying to add a sign in my pdf document (created in World and saved as pdf) but the option apparently is unavailable.  I choose tools/Fill & Sign/click on Sign and after that, nothing.  Please help!!! Thanks

Please visit this link When I click on Sign, all I get are the little boxes, waiting to connect. Why? and let us know if that helps.
