To Adobe Staff,
I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription and as you knew from many complaints that it is unreasonably difficult, and so far no improvement from your side (not as creative as you guys should be). and please don't tell me to check the instruction as it doesn't work.
I want to unsubscribe my creative cloud plan now so please help to proceed at once.
Posting in the user-to-user forums is not a way of requesting that Adobe cancel your subscription. You need to contact them directly thru their customer support team.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails try using a different browser.
