I have purchased a new computer with which I want to use the Adobe applications in my Creative Cloud subscription with which two devices are allowed. I had two devices activated for the subscription, I deactivated one and now I want to add the new computer. I cannot see how I do this and I do not remember from the last time that I did it. Adobe Support 24/7 Chat support (?) told me to go the Adobe Forums to find the information. I have since wasted time trying to find the information in the forums but so far have come up none the wiser. So, will someone please help me to get my new computer activated on my Creative Cloud account so that I can then download the software applications.
Just install the desktop application, sign in, install your product(s) as if this was the first time you installed it.
Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).
