Reference display of page number based on 'same page' or not

When you create a reference, you can choose to display the page number or not. It would be nice if the display of the page number could be variable, that is, display page number only if not on the same page. There are potentially some tricky reflow cases:

- By removing the page number from the reference display, the target of the link goes from the current page to another page (I think this one is highly unlikely), but in that case, just accept "no page number, but target on different page" and mark it.

- By adding the page number to the reference display, the target moves to the current page. Again, very unlikely, but if it can happen, accept "page number shown, but target on same page" and mark it.
