Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Lightroom in Develop mode.
2. Open Crop & Straighten tool. Check that the look is locked.
3. Resize area and look to the lock icon on the tool panel.
4. Select original size and close the lock.
5. Resize area and look to the lock icon on the tool panel.
6. Select different image.
7. Resize area and look to the lock icon on the tool panel.
... continue work with the new images ...
8. Resize area and look to the lock icon on the tool panel.
Should be: The lock must remain locked on the steps 3, 5, 7, 8.
Actual result: The lock remains locked on the steps 5 and sometimes 8.
Please fix the steps 3, 7 and 8. Very nasty issue and you don't fix it for years!
