Bridge web gallery won't show up on mobile devices

I have an FTP account set up under my main website. We upload web galleries created with the HTML gallery template to our FTP space and they work fine on any given computer browser (Safari/chrome/etc.) but will not show up on a mobile device. It only displays a blank screen with "Not Found" at the top. Since we're uploading the galleries with the HTML format, I imagine it isn't an issue with Flash/security settings. Any idea what could be causing the issue?

Hi shanebaskin,

We have seen this issue while opening a web gallery in Browsers on desktops.

Please take a look at the solution mentioned in this forum thread Bridge Web Gallery - Cannot View in Browser and let us know if that's helpful for you.

Thanks,

Akash

Hi Akash, I read that forum thread before I started mine actually. I can view the gallery in any given web browser on a desktop fine. The problem is exclusively when trying to view the gallery on a mobile device. We output all of our galleries in the HTML format so the Flash security settings won't be the issue either.

Thanks,

Shane Baskin
