CS5 Licence issue [Title edited for brevity]

​I own PS CS5. I downloaded LR6 cloud trial but install was faulty. Adobe removed LR6 and cloud but now when I try to get to the PS CS5 that I own a Licensing agreement window appears that I cannot get past; it loops back to itself.  Help!!
