Flash player installed mcafee with it without my consent and now I cant uninstall it

I downloaded flashplayer because I needed it for online classes, you sneakily installed McAfee with it and now I can't uninstall McAfee. Tell me how to get rid if of it, when I do it the normal way it says it cannot because there is a program opened using it but my task manager is empty so what else did you install that is running in the back using this?

McAfee is an optional third-party offering available when downloading Flash Player. You can opt out installing the same. If you have ad-blockers installed in your machine, then the offers are not visible.

To uninstall the same you can uninstall from control panel.
