lightroom desktop not letting me sync to mobile

when I am logged into my Lightroom on my Mac, and I go to the top left side where it says "get started with Lightroom mobile" and try and sign in so I can sync with iPad, it does nothing. I have tried everything I have seen on the forum, I don't know what else to do!

please help!

Suggest you delete the LightRoom app on your mobile and then reinstall it. I have had to do that a few times and it works just fine.

Check LR through a browser. Make sure the images you see online are the same ones you have in your catalog. It's possible that you have a different catalog synced already. It is only possible to sync one catalog.

Go to adobe.com and sign into your CC account. You will find the Lr icon about halfway down the list of links. This will take you to your synced images.
