    Is contacting Adobe theoretically possibility?




      I have encountered an issue with Adobe Digital Editions with a recent purchase and have now permanently lost access to an eBook I haven't even read yet.


      When trying to contact Adobe, I receive a closed chat as my only method of contact. Sending an e-mail to support@adobe.com receives an automated 'inbox not monitored' response.


      Is there actually a way to contact Adobe, or has this wealthy, multi-national company outsourced its entire support team to a community of volunteers?
