If that doesn't solve it, send the sync log files from your computer to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can check for other issues. There are details on where to find the logs in that help page.
it's a shame that the forum system doesn't send an email once an answer is added to the thread, just seen this
while trying to solve this for a long while, the font seems to be disappearing after a computer restart for some reason.
I'm on Windows 10, I'm not using Typekit I'm installing the fonts manually right-click > install font
Thanks for clarifying that you aren't using fonts from Typekit here. You may be running into this issue with installed fonts on Windows 10:
