The site actually works fine at http://www.fsshosting.com/EnergySavingSprayFoam.com/index.html but it seems your host has done you no favor by placing hosting your site in a frame, which is why it doesn't change when you go to the url you listed. You need to ask your host why they set you up this way.

You are using frames, and the title of the main frame is the address you are
seeing in the title. Personally speaking, frames are not the way to go.
Or did you create the site as a framed site? Either way, that's the root of the problem.
