Activating Adobe Acrobat says no license available

I am trying to assign the license I have for Adobe Acrobat Pro to a new computer but when I sign in, it tells me I have reached the limit for software and to remove from another computer.

The issue I have is, it is trying to activate the wrong product.  I am trying to register an older product of Adobe Acrobat Pro, not the Creative Cloud Edition that the other two users are registered too.

How do I get this license for Adobe Acrobat Pro to register on the new machine properly?

Has the product been installed on other machines previously?  If so, you need to be sure that the software was deactivated on those machines, otherwise the activations remain in force and will prohibit a new activation.

If you are trying to install on a machine that already has subscription version installed, that could pose a problem.  I suggest you post your issue in the Acrobat forum.
