today I purchased the complete cloud pack per phone (official number from adobe site) but I didn`t receive the confirmation email till now. What is the best way to proceed? should I way till the payment is booked on my credit card? Maybe there was a communication issue and my adress was wrong noted?

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as wit forums, however, I was unable to locate any active subscription under this ID.
Did you use a different ID to purchase the subscription? Could you please share the ID in private message?
