    Creative Cloud App not recognizing my subscription and chat support function broken


      What a useless App and useless support. I've been paying for a subscription for close to a year and now it suddenly stops working for no reason. I was mid chat about to provide proof of payment, when suddenly I can no longer send messages into the chat. I have started several new tickets and I am always redirected to the same screen where I am unable to chat with the agent and receive any support. Unbelievable.
