    fatal bug: internal build error

    Level 7
      I am trying to use the Yahoo Maps service. They provide a component (the mxp
      version I tested in Flash 9 stand alone, and it works) But the SWC version
      that I include in Flex 2.0 causes an internal build error.

      The MXML file is very minimal:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <mx:Application xmlns:mx=" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml"
      xmlns:yahoo="com.yahoo.maps.api.flex.*" xmlns:local="*"
      xmlns="*"
      layout="absolute">
      <yahoo:YahooMap id="myMap" width="550" height="400"
      zoomLevel="3" latitude="37.77159" longitude="-122.401714" />
      </mx:Application>

      The Flash/Flex interface for Yahoo maps and components are described at:

      http://developer.yahoo.com/maps/flash/flexGettingStarted.html

      (I got this tip about the map interface from a note in this newsgroup from
      someone at Adobe/Flex).

      The internal build error reads:

      An internal build error has occurred. Please check the Error Log.

      (I don't know where the error log is) I found something called the
      error_recovery.log but I can't attach it because of the limits in this
      newsgroup, and it does not seem interesting to my eyes.

      I would be glad to submit the error log if someone will tell me where to
      find it.

          I believe the current version of the Yahoo Maps Flex API is only
          compatible with Flex 1.5, not Flex 2.0. (Their page does say "Flex 1.5
          and up", but I don't think that's correct.) I believe they're working
          on an updated version for Flex 2.

          Thanks.
