exporting a video file from afterefect

every time i want to export my project it create a file that doesn't begin from the begining . i tryed several options but it always skip the  several   first seconds

Please explain in,  great detail,  your exact step by step process.  Again, in great detail, what are the "several option" you've tried that have not worked?  Provide screen shots of your entire work space and render settings.
