    Creative cloud photography plan cancellation

      Hello, I've recently had a problem with my card to pay the plan and I received the notifications for this, so the status of my account is "expired", but I want to cancel it definitely, also I'm having problems to open photoshop due to the payment issue. I already enter to my account > plan settings, but the button "cancel" doesn't appear, I only have the option to update my payment data.
