    Doesn't work urgent



      We, Blachere Italia Srl, have a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

      We usually pay per year, we have paid in february for the whole year 2017-february 2018 (Invoice Number IEE2017000546428, dated 14/02/2017) but the system go on saying that we have no paid and that we are not allowed to use it.

      We have already checked the all the data and everything looks ok.

      What can we do?
