I currently have Acrobat X installed on a laptop and my home computer. I just got a new laptop and would like to move Acrobat onto it, but it doesn't have a CD player. I used a data transfer cable and moved Acrobat from the old to the new laptop. When I opened Acrobat on the new laptop, I got an error message that told me to uninstall and reinstall the product. Any other ideas?
First DE-activate on the old computer Activate and deactivate Adobe products
Then install on the new computer (a transfer of any kind will not work)
Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339
-and many help and download links https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html
-kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2296468 may help
-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
